Windows 10 (Ver 1909 >) reskin to Windows 7

Most of these programs from what I can see run best on Windows 10 Version 1909 or before. 

I do not own any of these programs or files, this is simply a guide :)

> OldNewExplorer - Brings back the old Windows Explorer.

After installation, configure it as shown here.

> SecureUxTheme - Theme manager, upon install nothing may change until you get a theme.

> Windows 7 Aero Theme (requires SecureUXTheme).

> StartIsBack - Brings back the old style start menu.

> WinAeroTweaker - Can be used to tweak certain things for a more accurate experience.

WUB (Windows Update Blocker) - If you downgraded Windows and want to get rid of the updates.

Windows 7 Icons - Replace Windows 10 icons with these as you wish, if you're unsure how look it up online for a more detailed guide.

Windows 7 Sounds - Same as before, change as you wish, guides available online.

Windows 7 Cursors -   Same as before, change as you wish, guides available online.

Windows 7 Gadgets - Bring back the old Windows 7 gadgets.

Windows 7 Games - Bring back the old Windows 7 games.
