you can try to look up the transparent icons and then convert them to ICOs or you can try to steal the ICO from an older version, i wont be providing those since they can sometimes contain malware

here is tip if you need to bright colors to fill the nostalgic 2000s or 2010s Style
if you using AMD do you have this software on windows 10/11
you should go to Gaming > Global Display > custom color
here you can change colors have whatever you want
then you have it *edit this is only possible on AMD only(?) if using something different then AMD*
so please reply with your own tutorial other devices than AMD

I want to add something. There is an app called Ely's launcher, (you can find it on apkpure. There is another launcher called Donut Launcher. I will provide only the source code, I managed to compile it but I found something weird. On Android 11+ it apparently show only 15 apps. Here's the source code:

Ely's launcher is apparently a remix between old android and old Nokia systems. Apparently is abandoned by the developer but still works for me in the latest android 13.

It's a pity that the source code is not available, it surely could be improved a bit.

You know... for the nostalgia and because I love how it looks, really thank you very much:)

Would this fit here? It's more accurate XP themes with the blue bar at the bottom. I figure that since the included one bugs me quite a bit, it definitely bugs someone else way more.
My apologies! Here is the link: https://www.classicshell.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=3025
