reoccurring themes in my dreams as of late

I've been having dreams that have similar events despite not being the same scenarios. There's always a verbal altercation, and I end up feeling bad in said dream, even though the scenario puts me in the right. They also take place in white-walled and floored rooms that are crowded with furniture, like salons and sitting rooms.

The sources I've read all seem to contradict, ranging from 'a promotion is in your future' to 'you're suffering withdrawal symptoms.' Anyone have any idea what these reoccurring themes mean?
