Destroy Boys, Halocene, Spiritbox :)
Johnny Foreigner is also amazing and underrated imo; they're not female fronted but their bassist is a woman and she does vocals pretty frequently.

I definitely recommend a band called "That Dog" In particular their first 1994 record. They're very unique and always captivate me with their vocals. Really cool.

Well, there's this grunge band (if I'm not mistaken) called 'Veruca Salt' that debuted in 1992. They are really great, and I recently just got into them. You should totally give them a try!!! <3

Things like dazey and the scouts, and anything riot grrrl. There’s a movie, “The punk singer” about Kathleen Hanna, a major figure in feminist punk <3
