Some of my favourites are
Amyl and the Sniffers - pub rock/punk from Melbourne Australia.
Capra - Only found this band this year. Big riffs and a bit if an ETID vibe.
Screaming Females - Big fan and Marissa is great at guitar and they're all very nice and funny
The Distillers - Classic band that don't get mentioned enough in my opinion.
Skating Polly - Cool harmonies and some great songs.
Magic Dirt - More straight up rock and have been around for yonks but I'm not sure if they're known outside of Australia. They should be.
The Creepshow - Psychobilly/Punkabilly and great live.
That's all I can think of at the moment I moment.

Hopefully there's something in there you'll enjoy

If you're looking for that rock/shoegaze/distorted feel, check out this band my gf showed me called Julie :))) they have two vocalists, one of which is female and her voice is excellent! My favorite song from them right now is called "flutter"

ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVS / ONE OF MY FIRST INTRODUCTION TO CRUST WAS ANTISCHISM! THEY ALTERNATE BETWEEN TWO VOCALISTS, ONE OF WHICH IS FEMALE AND SHE KICKS ASS! THIS SONG BLEW MY HEAD OFF WHEN I FIRST HEARD IT:

ANOTHER GREAT BAND MORE ADJACENT TO STANDARD HARDCORE IS SIN34!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y9zOTqwjSAw

A MORE STRAIGHTFOWARD PUNK BAND I'D RECOMMEND IS EVEN WORSE! I FIRST HEARD THEM ON THE NEW YORK THRASH COMP (MY FAV COMP EVER) AND THEY HAVE A REALLY GOOD SONG OFF OF IT!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_7BVxQmYV0A

AND ONE MORE MELODIC / POWER-POP LEANING BAND I ADORE ARE SCREAMING SNEAKERS! I ALWAYS COME BACK TO THIS EP IT'S SO GOOD!!!

I personally love Siickbrain, Pussy Riot, and IC3PEAK. IC3PEAK is a Russian artist that got on a blacklist for speaking out against her government. Then Poppy has some super good songs even though she's not completely punk. K Flay is kind of on the line too but I love her songs. I also love Zheani. The rock and rappers. I have a whole playlist on Spotify called SCRMY GIRLS.
