I would recommend the Pretenders first two albums and the one they put out this year. The OG female fronted punk band.

Sorry if it's already been said, but Perfect Pussy would probably be up your alley. I stumbled across their music by accident a few years ago and it was a great find.

Recently found this this sick band in a noise rock forum, check out Russian Baths, specifically the track Slenderman. They switch vocalists, and the female's vox are ethereal and gorgeous. Otherwise, any Sonic Youth song where Kim is singing is equally awesome, especially on tracks like 'Cross the Breeze and Shadow of a Doubt.

I second The Interrupters and Bombpops. Also, Bad Cop Bad Cop (yes it is two times). Bikini Kill. Catbite (has female and male vocals). Laura Jan Grace (former Against Me! front) and the Devouring Mothers.

Found Janitor Joe recently, which was a female-fronted noise rock band from the 90s. I also suggest doing research on the "riot grrrl" movement if you're looking for feminist-based punk ;)

Oh man, try CCFX/CC DUST if you want some post-punk type stuff.Â
I'm in LA so there's so many female fronted bands. One that stands out to me is Girl Pusher, very hard experimental electronic stuff. Very punk energy.
If you enjoy doom/sludge metal, try Faetooth. Also based in LA. Saw and shot them live in an underground show at The Church of Fun. They got heavy shit.

Hey all, I wanted to share my latest track I released yesterday.Â
We’re not a band, nothing official. Â
I wanted to create content and music that represents the diversity in our world.Â
This song purely represents a hardship in a relationship in which one is entrapped, and realized it wasn’t worth the energy, time, and effort.Â
Would mean the world if you can check it out, let me know what you think?
Would be great if you can drop a like/comment on the video—would be totally awesome.Â
Thanks!Â

I'm not exactly noise/punk, but I write music under the name Nihilist Abyss. It's a little industrial influenced, definitely lots of noisy electronics going on. Really just firmly in the alternative world. Â Check it out if you're interested.Â
