I was a GEN 1 Care Bear fan. The first Care Bear I owned was Cheer Bear. I got it when I was but a young lad (somewhere in the mid-80s) and I still have it in my collection. When my first son was born, my wife got him a Grumpy Bear and he slept with it for several years. Now he has Pokemon.
