not sure if you still need tips since its been 2 months since u posted this. but i do have some advice. (i believe in law of assumption so i will only focus on that.) you don't have to do all these in order, and do what u like in ur own time!! ///
1. so, to begin with self-concept. my best advice to begin with is healing inner wounds. manifesting while struggling with who you CAN be difficult, and may cause you to wait longer for things to manifest than you have to. so i would recommend therapy, being more vocal about how u feel with people u trust, get rid of people who don't elevate you, establishing ur boundaries and try to dig deep and find the root of your problems.
2. while you are healing your inner self, you may start to introduce positive affirmations in regards to yourself as you are in your current state. you need to heal yourself and start to believe that you already are perfect the way you are. because you are, your current state is such a beautiful place to be!! don't underestimate urself. listen to healing & self-love affirmation tapes, subliminals or meditations - whatever you prefer.
3. once you begin to trust yourself more, you can now focus on more of what you want. listen to subliminals for self-concept. focus on self-confidence and trust in yourself. try meditation once a day, morning or night where your mind is most susceptible to messages and make affirmations to say to yourself aloud. keep persisting in doing this even if it seems like a chore.
4. once these things become more fun and easy, and u begin to feel more confident and overall happy, focus on what you really desire. make a subliminal playlist, say more personalised and detailed affirmations, take urself out the comfort zone, research into ignoring the 3D and tips on confidence and radiance on youtube. don't follow people who don't uplift you on ANY social media. and never compare urself to others!!! you are supposed to be YOU. and no one else could do YOU better.
5. practice gratitude and self care!!! this boosts mood, positive vibrations, you will focus on more of what you are receiving than obsessing over what you could have. you can make things fun by visualising with music. make a safe-space in ur reality or in ur mind. daydream in free time and experience what u are in ur desired reality. and take those feelings into ur current one. ignore ur reality if u have to, be delusional!! doesnt matter how much other people affirm that you dont have the thing u want. you know by now u have it!!! so dont worry, and let go.
6. do it ur way. you will find ur own way and what helps u. personalise it all to urself. make placebos. do anything u desire. and dont have limiting beliefs!! be abundant. dont worry to have bad days because we all have them, dont be afraid to sit in those feelings and learn from them, dont forget to ask your divine higher self of what they would do in response to hard times and situations.
