I think I resolve anxiety a lot when I dream, even though I don't remember it

A lot of nights I have nightmares I don't remember but I remember how they felt. but I always wake up feeling like I just resolved something or reached some kind of understanding.

I think it might be because my anxiety is always worse at night so that includes going to bed anxious, but it's kind of interesting that that happens so often when I dream that I don't remember but whatever happened made me work it out

But also had some trauma related ones myself. You ever just sleep to see what adventure your brain will throw at ya?

There just so much un-answered to dreams. Funnily enough, I saw this while I was in the middle of reading Freud's interpretation of dreams. It's actually really good, I reccomend it.

I have it at my inlaws.(as well as most of our stuff including our cat) Great book. It makes a lot of sense. It was written in the 1900s so I usually had to have a queit place to read it. From what I remember he said we kinda fill in the blanks to our dreeams when we wake up.
