When I was 10, my family decided to visit our cousins in upstate New York, at their cabin on Keuka Lake, or also known as The Finger Lakes. This is because from above, the lakes resemble that of a hand with long fingers. From what I know, the lakes are very deep and very murky. Divers have tried to explore the it, but even with a light they can't see much down there. My family rented a pontoon once we got there and started boating around the lakes, stopping in different areas to sit and swim or hang out on the water. Eventually, we all got hungry and decided to boat over to a lakeside restaurant with a boat port for lunch. My parents docked the boat and we all began to climb out. I was the last to climb out of the boat and I did so without any help, as the rest of my family were quickly walking away from the boat and over to the entrance. As I was exiting the boat, I heard a large splash from beside me, AKA the edge of the dock. I look over and at first made out the appearance of a human back with arms. Then, as it retreated further under the water, I saw the tail. The tail and the rest of its body were the same color, probably a peachy-fleshy color or a light yellow, and the tail itself resembled that of a catfish. But this creature was BIG. Much bigger than little 10 year old me. The upper body of the creature was similar to that of my 25 year old cousin's body, so that's the age I would put it at. I couldn't tell if it was male or female, the water was too murky. After it completely disappeared, I ran to my family and told them what I saw and of course, they didn't believe me. But I know that I saw it, I KNOW that I wasn't imagining anything. I recently talked to some other people from Keuka Lakes and they too have said that there have been sightings of creatures similar to the one I saw in the lake. People can call me crazy all they want to, but I will take this to the grave with me. I saw a Mermaid. Not Ariel from the little mermaid or the ones from H20, but a raw evolution type of mermaid. If you live near Keuka Lakes, have you seen one too? Or has anyone else seen one and KNOW that it was a real one? Please tell me about it.

1. The robot's ability to see and navigate the water.
2. A lot of it's not as simple as you'd imagine, like a human being can walk up to it, and then move its body to move the water around.
3. A robot is very capable at navigating water, so that it doesn't have to worry about the human being's reaction when it comes to water or how to get to the other side of the pond. This is why it is very difficult for a human person, if you can get past a human's reaction to water. The only thing that is not possible to do, is get out the robot's head and try and find the human being who has the robot in the first place. This can happen with humans and other robots, but this one is the one that has to deal with this very much.
The only way I could describe the experience was that the robot was extremely capable at navigating the water.
So, I'm pretty certain that this robot was the only human person to walk up to this robot and see if he can do anything. I don't want people to feel sorry for them if a human walks down this water and gets injured.
The other thing that I think people will find very hard to accept, is that this was a very long journey for the robots. It was about 10 days. The first time the robots came into our house, we went out on our porch and watched the robot for a few days. It was a little bit like a movie. We didn't know what it was. We didn't know where to find the robot, we couldn't get out, so we had no idea what to look for.
It wasn't like a real trip to the park, or any sort of adventure.
