I would say Bella Swan's style, think henley tops, lace camis, jackets, hoodies ect with with dark cold earthy tones; I guess it could be called Twilightcore or late 2000s fashion!

for my fav 2000s trend it’s gotta be grunge y2k + nu-goth / dark y2k.

most of what i wear is straight inspired by the 2000s rick owens, yasuyuki ishii type energy.

raw silhouettes, dark layers, no polish.

we seriously need trumpet jeans to make a comeback.

The trends from the 2000s I like most are low-rise jeans, baby tees, and cargo pants. I continue to wear cropped tops, oversized sneakers, and bold accessories inspired by the Y2K, as they feel fun and bold.

What I miss most is that there was no fear of mixing styles, and fashion had no set specifications. This is why I find modern Y2K aesthetics very enjoyable: they are now mixed with other styles, such as steampunk outfits, which add more tones and details. Personally, I loved the edgy pop genre with a hint of an alternative flavor from the 2000s.

i loved how diy clothes were in the 2000s

i would watch my older sisters cut and tie their shirts and its so fucking cool, chop up ur shirts t shirt laddering is so cool and there are so many different ways you can do it ><

it got even more complicated in the 2010s tbh

when i was little i didnt like how everything was glittery and sequenced or bedazzled because bits would just come off as you played around but now ive seen some pretty cool designs that shape guns or anime girls out of studs

now i feel so nostalgic for the overdesigned t shirts you could find at the pulga with large emo hearts all covered in studs and glitter

As an early 2000s girl its okay not to be super over dressed all the time or fit into the more well known substyles since mcbling is a very saturated version of the early 2000s people usually find that to be the only "y2k" there is. Don't get me wrong tho LUV LUV LUV the mcbling girls but it isnt my personal style and people hate on my for it. So I usually go for more nostalgic silhouettes based on my moms(most of my best clothes from her) and my idols older styles since I was too young (sadly</3) to actually experience it for myself.

My fav trends and clothes being being low low rize anything, layering (tanks, sweaters, shrugs etc.), juicyy, coach(vintage), digi cams, FULL LENGTH TOPS, bedazzled, diy/thrift, and many more!

Currently I'm obsessed with skinny jeans and tall uggs. Like OMG!! It's so pretty!!

Espeacily styled with heanly tops and lace camis (long ones ofc).

I also love dubble tank tops. Where the one underneath is lace, combined with a brown belt on top around the loswet waist is so pretty!! Espacily with sandals and botcut jeans.

PS, I am aware the photo is AI. But the outfit is accurate.

I've been messing around with y2k fashion. personally im an early 00's or mcbling girlie, i also have been in love with the 2010's tumblr era. I've always been obsessed with the style of the teen girls growing up around me. I was so jealous that I didn't have boobs and that I couldn't look like Hillary duff at the age of 7. Ever since, ive been trying to dress like the divas that iv'e always looked up to. I love low rise flare jeans, halter tops, and the totally unnecessary layering. I wish i would've been 16 in '06!!!

For me, styles like McBling, Emo, Gyaru, and Punk Rock are definitely beautiful, but honestly I think we should just go back to wearing whatever we want. Like, mixing styles, mixing accessories, not worrying so much about labels

I'm obsessed with 2000's inspired clothing, and 2 years ago during the winter I would still try to wear stuff I should probably only wear during the summer...

But this winter I've been layering clothes, which made me feel like I was really living in the 2000's lol. Skirt over jeans, shirt over long sleeved shirt, fun patterns, cute long socks, scarves, hats and all that stuff. It's fun!
