Any shifters here?

I'm not involved in the shifting community but I can shift my consciousness to a few parallel lives which seems close enough to shifting. I'm also a soulbonder which can act like shifting if I take over the bodies of my soulbonds while they're in their world but that's not really common as far as I can tell. 

What are shifters?
