My ideal vacation would be somewhere with lots of greenery, like Ireland or New Zealand. Sand ain't bad, but I prefer lush over dust.

i've been DYING to go to italy. my family is italian, my great grandfather was born in italy. i grew up eating spaghetti for every holiday and learning to make my family's homemade sauce for pasta and pizza! i still have some relatives that live in italy and it would be so cool to get to learn more about my family's history and where everybody grew up/was from. it would be awesome to get the opportunity to visit there sometime in my life :-)

I've been trying to see more of Canada, and will take every opportunity to do so. That said...
It'll have to be the Rocky Mountaineer, this train that crosses from British Columbia to Alberta. On the contrary of Via Rail's The Canadian, this one stops at night, so you can enjoy a night in town, and don't waste the beautiful views by travelling while it's dark.

Honestly, compared to you guys this might be a little lame but England. I like how they "urban" over there. It ain't perfect but if i could, I think I'd move there.
I think blackpool looks neat actually, i'd love to hang by the shore... There's an amusment park just by there too actually, so that's fun...

Vacation in Canada can be as comfortable and atmospheric as possible if you use Vrbo Canada https://vrbo-canada.ca/ . You will not only find housing in the desired region, but also immerse yourself in the local culture. Renting cottages in the wilderness will allow you to try local products, and staying in the center will give you access to all the city entertainment. You yourself determine the theme of your trip.

One of my favorite getaways closer to home is Northshore Marina at The Hollows https://northshoremarinahollows.com/ on Lake Travis in Texas. It’s not as exotic as New Zealand, but if you love being near the water, it’s such a peaceful spot with awesome lake views, deep water access, and even a floating fuel dock if you're boating. Definitely gives off that relaxing vacation vibe without having to travel across the globe!

I’ve always dreamed of visiting the glow worm caves in New Zealand too they look absolutely magical in photos. There’s something about nature putting on a light show like that which feels otherworldly. I’ve been doing more local travel lately though, especially around WA. If you’re ever flying out of Perth, I highly recommend booking a chauffeur perth airport service instead of dealing with rideshares or parking. It takes a lot of the stress out of the trip, especially if you’ve got an early flight. Makes the whole travel experience feel more relaxed from the start.

These days my all-time dream destination is Uzbekistan in general all of central asia. The silk road and in general, the area is so different to all ive seen. The silk road, the eurasian steppe, the mix of post-soviet and turkic cultures. Its all amazing and i would love to go. It's kinda inaccessible and i like it. Something different from where i have been till now.
Other than that, probably Antarctica (came close but was a bit broke), Svalbard or Nepal.

After a long flight, the most important thing is to calmly get to the hotel. But the airport, suitcases, finding a taxi and unclear routes can turn this into stress. I realized that a pre-booked transfer is a real necessity. The driver meets you at the exit, helps with the luggage and takes you exactly to the address. This allows you to relax and start the trip without unnecessary worries. I personally checked the Naked https://www.gudstory.com/how-might-hiring-a-car-enhance-your-trip-to-cologne/ — professional drivers, attentive approach and thoughtful service make the transfer easy, comfortable and safe, turning the beginning of the trip into a pleasant and convenient event.

I would love to go to Egypt! I was obsessed when I was younger and even took an Egyptian hieroglyphics class in college. But I hear dreadful things from others who've visited, especially other women. I try to take some of it with a grain of salt, but if anyone has any advice for visiting Egypt... for me personally I think it'd be worth it. :)

I recently came across old correspondence and felt the same wave of nostalgia, but also remembered how difficult it can be to organize trips to meet people from the past. In one case, I almost lost money on tickets due to a mix-up with the agency. So I read https://ovago.pissedconsumer.com/review.html , and the reviews helped me understand how others dealt with similar problems. Since then, I have become more careful and try to check everything in advance so that pleasant plans do not turn into stress.

For me a dream vacation would be traveling across Italy with friends. I’ve always imagined starting in Rome, seeing the classics like the Colosseum, and then heading out to explore the countryside together. Since we’d be a group, I think it would be fun to rent a bus in Rome so everyone could stay together and enjoy the ride instead of worrying about trains or separate cars. That way even the journey becomes part of the adventure.
