I'm definitely working on my body this year~ I do every year for about half of it, cause it's easier to keep a semi-goal then a fully goal, lol. I'm currently back to my workout routine and it feels p good
I def want, and expect to drop a crap load of weight this year. I will except nothing else but a six pack by mid next summer. I aint really got no excuse, i have my own weight equipment, i dont need a gym membership. And i am about to quit sugary drinks for good right after turkey day.
