Anyone into Extreme cinema?

If so, what is your favorite Extreme film and what is the film that fucked you up the most.

For me, Martyrs (the french version) is not only the best extreme film but best horror film of ever time. Only horror film I have given a 9/10.
As for the film that fucked me up was the August Underground films. They didn't really have a lasting impact on me, but they are genuinely the only piece of Extreme cinema I had to pause because I felt sick. Then again I was like 13 at the time.

I love obscure horror and disturbing films, but i don't really watch them to Be disturbed. mostly just facinated by the obscurity and what's possible for people to achieve when they go wild. I think something like the devil doctor woman or man who doesnt die from the guinea pig series (not fond of the more repetitive 'woman gets tortured for the runtime and thats it' boring entries) are good examples of that since they're absurd and really fun titles
