Hmm I think currently some of my personal favorites are Vinesauce, SorcererDave, Zaric Zhakaron, prob some more I cant think off the top my head rn but they all share the fact that they just do their own thing and have no problem playing older games.  I also find myself learning about the game more from them too, it's nice to watch someone in their element and playing what they enjoy rather than chasing a certain trend to stay popular.

As a sonic nerd I really love chaomix, choa and cybershell but otherwise i love watching/listening to supereyepatchwolf, avgn, sometimes yuriofwind and dead domain

Markiplier, Kubz Scouts, Superbutterbuns, & Shenpai are the ones I usually enjoy watching the most.

one of my all time favourite youtubers is caddicarus !! he's hilarious and his game reviews (most of the time) are really informative !!

been watching markiplier for years now, n we have the same bday, obligatory mention <3

but seriously, geniunely, caseoh. he brings such a positive energy to every game he plays, no matter what it is. he could be playing the most bottom of the barrel, barely functioning, boring storyline of a game and he takes it completely seriously, hyping it up the whole time. he turns it into a super enjoyable experience, and when he plays a game thats ACTUALLY good, it makes it 100x better, i feel like i appreciate the game more

most people dont think of jaidenanimations as a gaming youtuber, but a lot of her content since the pandemic has been pretty gaming focused, n i love love love the way she combines elements of storytime animation and letsplays. its very unique, n i cant think of another creator whos content is like hers.

Off the top of my head, Big fan of Snapcube, Asprey (AspreyArchives for VODs), and Coney. Coney is a lot more of a general streamer, but a good chunk of it is still gaming stuff, and he has the best iteration of the whole 'try not to laugh' thing I've ever watched, for what that's worth. 

Those are the only few that come to mind immediately that I consistently watch, although I admit it's probably just recency bias and I'll most likely remember others as soon as I post this reply. Other than them, I just kind of roam around and lurk, like usual :p

All time favorites are Classic Game Room and CGR Undertow but sadly they are not making game reviews anymore. Besides those I really enjoy GaminGHD's videos. And LGR for the Sims videos (even tho I don't play the games), his voice is so soothing, omg

I also used to love watching Seananners, Hutch, SSoHPKC, Captain Sparklez, PewDiePie...
