Oh, DEFINITELY.
Having been raised with VERY spiritual mother who's entire family tree is absolutely littered with spirit-seers (my great aunt actually ended up being sent to an asylum because she would "see" people from the neighbourhood in the house hallway and then they'd die like a week later), I fully believe that Ghosts are real.
They do their own thing, and I'm completely fine with that. I just leave them alone as much as I can because I really don't have the means to be getting haunted any time soon.

I think spirits and ghosts exist, but they are more likely to leave the phisical world in a few days. When they somehow remain here, it's for something/someone they're related to (to protect, or maybe simply to take care of them).
About afterlife I can tell there are lot of options. During my free time I spent hours in which I discuss possible theories, even creating new ones. The only thing I'm certain about is that there isn't nothing. I think so because of spirits and ghosts: their existence mean we don't just "disappear".

I believe ghosts exist in a "stone tape theory" type of way. An intense emotional moment leaving fragments of a memory behind, but conscious dead beings roaming the Earth? I don't believe so. If there was, they probably would have found a way to get their messages directly across by now. Could there be certain rules we don't know about that only allow the dead to communicate in specific ways? Maybe, but out of all the people who have died in the past, one of them surely would have found a loophole.
As for an afterlife, I don't think it works in a way we understand yet. If one does exist, it's likely more pragmatic than we're anticipating. If our souls don't become part of some unconscious energy in the universe, and instead took on a personified form, would we look and act the way we did the moment we died? If that's the case, how does one pick and choose what you get and don't get? Apologies in advance for the imagery, but say I die in a car accident. Shortly before I bleed out I become paralyzed from the neck down. When I go to the afterlife, why would I get to walk again? What if I was born unable to walk? Would the afterlife grant me working legs of a hypothetical version of me who could walk at the age I died? Would I still have to learn how to walk? If I'm still me when I die, would I still have the same limited human brain capacity or would I and the rest of the dead be able to learn everything ever (assuming you didn't die from brain damage)? Would any of us differ from each other at that point? Would our vast variety of perspectives allow us to find the answers to things that could help the living...without being able to do anything with that information? That's cruel.
None of this even takes into account what happens to the non-human dead things: plants, animals, birds, insects, fish. Is a fly forced to be a fly forever? Do sunflowers have ghosts? What about fish? If they're dead, is their movement still limited to the water or can they swim wherever they want? Perhaps those noises upstairs didn't come from a vengeful widow but instead a clumsy seahorse.
I wonder if we might find ourselves closer to an accurate guess if we didn't focus as much on the human aspect of death and the afterlife, and considered all living things as a whole. Or focused more on how we treat the dead after. What if those who get cremated lose the chance to have specific fragments enter the afterlife properly?
Unfortunately, despite death being the oldest truth of life, we still don't know for sure what happens after...that is until it happens to you.

I don't really know, I think people in the past had bad dreams and / or halliucations of what we call "ghosts." But, a part of me thinks doesn't really believe that.

i do not believe in the afterlife but i do believe in reincarnation and spirts. the idea of an afterlife doesn't seem very logical to me, especially speaking of the "afterlife" presented in religion. but given the fact that nobody knows what comes after death terrifies me a bit lol. i also think spirits/ghosts aren't as common as it is seems. i believe most of them are stuck to the places they died in/experienced trauma (speaking of most paranormal investigations that include the history of the place and spirit)

It's complicated for me.
I believe in the principle that "Matter cannot be Destroyed Or Created"
So by that logic I believe in reincarnation.
but I also believe that certain people are allowed to move on to the afterlife, how?
Maybe they did something really good and awesome and they're allowed to move on to heaven or whatever, or maybe that did something bad and are burning forever in hell.
I personally think that if I died and I somehow (by some miracle) went to heaven, I'd be bored half to death there.
Ghosts are tricky, it's hard to prove it and I'm not too sure about spirits either.
I tried believing in them but nothing seems to click for me.
So yeah, there is an afterlife, but I think if you get into the good afterlife you get a choice to reincarnate or just stay there forever.

I believe there is an afterlife it just depends on what afterlife your given I believe that there are guardians that protect everyone who needs one and when in your life you had to take care of someone or lost someone who you would've (like suffering miscarriage, died during birth, was an older sibling who felt like a parent, ect.). I also believe in ghosts and lost spirits being that they have never fully been put to rest due to unfinished business on earth. other than that I'm not fully sure what happens after we die but I fully believe in ghosts and believe they are real.

i do believe in ghosts and actually am really interest in different ways to interact with them (pendulums, ouija etc) and am currently learning how to use pendulum. i think there comes something after though. some people are bound to this world by certain means or cant pass to the afterlife because people are holding on too tightly, they dont know who they are, they havent left their mark on this world and so on (i also believe that if you really want to you could stay, even if you had the resources to leave, and i think thats how SOME hauntings might happen). however i am unsure of what woukd even come after as i do not believe in the concept of heaven and hell, for i think no action is inherently good or bad and therefore cant be judged, and i do not even believe in any sort of divine being judging our every action

Yes, I believe in it, but because I've always been aware of it.
Nothing has ever happened to me, I've never had any paranormal experiences, but people I trust have told me about them. There are good and bad spirits, but where I lived, there were only good spirits.

I live in an old House made for doctor's who worked at a former mental hospital for physically disabled people that was right behind the house and the doctors would often bring patients to the house to look after them and multiple of my family members have met the ghosts of the former patients. aunt caught a photo of one of the ghosts in my closet when she was painting my bedroom when I was around 7 years old (I don't have the photo I'm sorry) and my grandma caught video of one of the ghosts growling in her room while she was recording my little brother playing in it when he was around 2 years old and I'm pretty sure one of the children ghosts stole my raggedy Ann doll

I believe in the paranormal, mostly because of my personal experiences with it. I've had times when I've felt the presence of a spirit hugging me(particularly referencing my family member hugging me right after she passed), and I've had my fair share of experiences with random apparitions tampering with objects. I think what's holding me back from believing in the afterlife is the generalized consensus of the afterlife being a form of heaven or hell. I think the afterlife could just be the soul remaining on our plane even after death, and I wouldn't be surprised if one's soul reincarnates after they've experienced closure of their past life.

There is no afterlife, it is a pushing forward and just be. It does not matter who and where you are - you are. You can enter the room you want to enter - it's all about the server you are on. If one cannot see you, switch it or leave singleplayer, search group, maybe go multiplayer. Maybe go Multiplayer-Online, but you can also go Multiplayer-Lokal. Not everyone knows how to be online - like I am busy. Online, busy, away, offline and offline-invisible.

i mean i believe that ghosts are a thing and i believe in the afterlife and everything. My mother once told me that its against our religion to believe in anything other than heaven but its hard not to wonder. what if in the ghost realm or whatever it may be, just how the living is scared of ghosts, ghosts are scared of the living

Yes! And I think reincarnation is a choice we make, but only after we deal with our own issues. Those who don’t resolve them and/or don’t accept them wander around searching for answers, or simply keep reincarnating until they finally resolve themselves and free themselves from their issues. In other words, I really believe it’s a cycle until spiritual evolution.
I could talk about this topic in more depth, but English really isn’t my first language lol

Do I believe in Ghosts/ the Afterlife?
Yes - cuz I've had my own encounters/ experiences many times through my life. I just don't really talk about it cuz people like to label you as crazy/ insane, judge you etc etc.
Thought about making a Manga too about my experiences but I never have the motivation to actual finish the work. I always end up just going back to draw my OCs. Maybe one day when I get tired of doing that, I'll actually make the comic. Who knows...
