I mean ... when I really want to get into real gritty wrestling I'll pull up Cactus Jack's matches from New Japan and his ECW run. That dude made it look so real and he took sooo much abuse. All for the fans. They call him a legend for a reason. 

Same with like Spike Dudley. Dude is barely 5'9" but he took some massive bumps. They don't do it like that anymore. They can't, and well, it's probably the best for everyone's safety. Still tho. I dig that kind of old-school shit that would never fly in today's wrestling.
