I tend to gloss over a sentence I've written that just sounds awful when said outloud

I’ve got pleanty:
-Too lazy to proofread (this is just a skill issue to be honest).
-Writing inconsistantly (Writing something, then dropping it, then coming back).
-Getting too excited and forgetting to plan out a story’s writing structure (I often use a Freytag’s pyramid, I know it isn’t the most helpful thing out there, but it makes everything easier to write in chunks. I typically blend each part of course with fillers and all that junk but just for helping get everything down.
-Having no true motive/meaning. I just want to tell a story, but there’s nothing behind the story, not a moral-of-the-story in sight.
-Debating on how to begin and end a story.
-Accidentally forgetting which tense I was in.

I often get ideas and forget to write them down. I also write a lot of very depressing poems instead of focusing on the positives. :p

Ah, where to start
I tend to be very convoluted with my writing. So many unnecessary words where they don't need to be. I'm trying to improve on being concise, but it's proving difficult.
I also tend to omit the first word or segment of a sentence the way I might in speech... Which is obviously incorrect .
I did it above, actually.
I also struggle to naturally integrate certain senses without just listing them out. There are some days where it flows naturally (typically when incorporated touch and sight), but the other senses are clunky. Perhaps because I have a poor sense of smell and am adverse to many foods my ability to describe the senses of scent and taste are limited.

I start writing down ideas and developing them, but the problem is that I have so many ideas that when I write them down, they seem bad to me. I leave my writing abandoned because I am a perfectionist.
