am i a medium? help me

hey...i need some advice, im really confused. i have dissociative hallcunations, but...i think some things might be real. i have vivid dreams, and dreams that tell me things about others, and the future. my dreams are like warnings. also...since young age, i can feel energys and i feel watched, like someone is watching me, and i know they are there, but i cant see them. when i was a child i used to do lots of "fun" with spirits things related, but some things actually happened. i heard voices in other languages, and they had a really bad and heavy energy. while sleeping, sometimes things woke me up by touching me. really hard. i wish i could know more about this, and understand...and explore it, but i am scared, because this has already make me suffer so much. i dont know if it is real or is all in my head. i have no idea. i dont want to sound crazy...but maybe i actually believe it. am i being haunted? am i...like...special? why ?
