I want to lucid dream but i dont wanna get stuck in it forever or go insane or something. idk. it sounds fun but scary.i have friends who do it a lot and their scared of it because its too vivid. and the one time i succeed in doing it, it became literaly the worst sleep paralysis ive ever had. soooooo

You'll be fine, you can't get hurt in lucid dreams. Scary stuff might happen but again it won't lead to anything harmful

I lucid dream, even more when I was a child. And I agree with the other answers : it is NOT dangerous. It can be very scary depending on your subconscious, but it is not dangerous or harmful. As a child I was afraid that they would hurt me, but now I know they won't. Even with this knowledge, i'm still a bit scared sometimes lol. But don't be afraid and enjoy the experience ! You are in full control.
