Anaconda trailer -- dumb fun comedies making a come back?

My wife told me about this Anaconda movie, it looks so fun and stupid. Reminds me of the dumb comedies that were all the rage in the 2000s. 

Of course it has Jack Black and Paul Rudd in it. Paul Rudd was in another movie called Friendship that was a comedy too. I haven't seen it yet though. 

I wonder if there will be a return of comedies. The world kind of sucks right now and it seems like everyone everywhere is going through it. Comedy is always fun and provides a much needed escape.
