Sorry, but body sovereignty must always come first over that fetus. Let's say a mother was imprisoned for whatever while she is still pregnant. You would be violating that fetus's rights if you were to imprison that mother since the fetus must also be carried in her womb into the prison. You would be dragging an innocent life into prison and no one would do anything about it except say "too bad so sad!"to that child. Technically, this could classify as imprisoning an innocent "life" right? This really proves that pro-lifers don't care about what happens until after that child is born. I mean, I do believe all life is precious. I don't think the life of an unborn child should come at the cost of the life of the mother however. It would be dystopian for us to make laws that apply to our body besides the ones for assault.

I'm catholic and disagree with abortion but I'M PRO CHOICE ALL THE WAY.

WOMEN SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHAT TO DO WITH THEIR BODIES.

There are direct links between crime rate and the legalisation of abortion. The babies who would've been born in unfavourable conditions, simply weren't born ad the crime rate was significantly lower when those babies would've reached the ages where they'd be committing crimes.

Though I disagree with abortion, that is for myself, not other women. MY RELIGIOUS BELIEFS SHOULD NEVER BE FORCED ONTO OTHER PEOPLE.

Being pro-life is a huge red flag, it's a refusal to empathise with the women forced into motherhood, it's denial of the rates of child abuse when it comes to unwanted children. Pro-life is a means of controlling women, it's cruel.

There's an argument of just simply giving up the children to adoption, but that would overwhelm the state, orphanages would be underfunded from the sheer amount of babies given up. 

Abortion is in no way a form of contraception (something pro-lifers can't get past their thick skulls), Abortion is a last resort.

Pro-life is leading to a lot of grey areas legally, like the American woman who was declared brain-dead being kept on life support to carry her foetus to term. The fact that something like this has been allowed is absolutely terrifying, it's something straight out of A Handmaid's Tale. This could lead to a plethora of issues, let me just say DEAR AMERICA, WOMEN'S BODIES ARE NOT STATE PROPERTY. We are women, we are not simply vessels only meant to birth children, we are more than our bodies, we are more than just a womb, we are human, we have aspirations, we have thoughts and feelings too.

Abortion is child sacrifice, so I think this should be the default position sane human beings have. Murder is wrong.
