Alright so, a about a week ago, I found an evil eye bracelet on the ground and I ended up picking it up and taking it home with me. I didn't bless or cleanse it beforehand, and I am a strong believer in the evil eye as well, and I have had nothing but shit luck This whole week has been terrible, literally the worst week of my life. Should I dispose of it ? And if yes, how should I do it properly ?

Definitely cleanse it and yourself. The reason it was on the ground is probably because it had captured all the bad vibes that could possibly handle. Give it another few days, and if you're still having bad luck, then the best thing to do is to either bury it in the ground, or throw it into a body of water
