Countries currently open for Tourism?

Given the covid misery, many places are closed to tourism, or require PCR tests, quarantine and such things now. 


Do you have any suggestions for places that do not have such requirements, and don't have measures in places like lockdowns making sort of normal life borderline impossible?

So far, i think i have:

- Mexico
- Macedonia
- Costa Rica
- Dominican republic
- Tanzania

that seem reasonable... any suggestions?

I know Dubai for example is open, I was there last month,  you'll still need to do a PCR test to enter (and to leave) but there's no lockdown actually happen :)
