Given the covid misery, many places are closed to tourism, or require PCR tests, quarantine and such things now.

I like how you organize your favorites. I agree about New Zealand... beautiful scenery, friendly people, and fascinating geography. Switzerland is, without a doubt, the most beautiful place I've ever seen. Mexico had the best parties, and London had the most interesting tourist attractions. (As well as the pubs). I know Dubai for example is open, I was there last month, you'll still need to do a PCR test to enter (and to leave) but there's no lockdown actually happen :)
