reality shifting!?

okay i just wanted to know if yall already shifted got close to shifting or want to

because im trying to shift to my WR to pratice,and i do a lil method i created by mixing the cafe and the stairs methods

and i have alot of symtoms when doing it but i dont reality shift i lucid dream in my WR ;-;

like i scripted that i would smell vanilla i did and i just lucid dreamed,i also saw 2-3 angel numbers since last night(the night where i lucid dreamed)

SOO IF ANYONE KNOWS THINGS TIPS WHATEVER THANK UU!!!!

as someone who's shifted 12 times, you're doing so good! if you haven't tried it, i'd suggest meditating or breathing and writing down your clear goals before trying ur method.


don't give up, i swear this is real!
