This is the true flag of The Confederacy, and any motherfucker who says otherwise is doing so with the intent of destroying a history that they refuse to claim. Many of them aren't even Americans, they're just foreign parasites.

It's a complicated issue. I think, if it is used as a cultural symbol, it's fine; however if it is used as a hate symbol, than I believe that use case is not correct.
