It depends on what you liked about Madoka Magica tbh
If you like the magical girl aspect then Cardcaptor Sakura it a cute traditional magical girl anime.
If you liked the psychological horror aspect then Happy Sugar Life was super messed up (Like seriously messed tf up).
Honestly there aren't many anime that do both quite like MM lol

A lot of people watching Madoka liked it for the deconstruction of the happy go lucky magical girl genre. So, I'd assume you'd like gritty anime featuring a heroine:
- Serial Experiments Lain
- Paranoia Agent
- Perfect Blue
- Steins;Gate
- Wonder Egg Priority
- School-Live!
- Made in Abyss
- Magical Girl Site
- When They Cry (Also a Visual Novel Both Higurashi and Umineko)
As for Magical girls... IDK I don't watch a lot of them except for the popular ones like Sailor Moon, Magical Doremi, and Powerpuff Girls Z
