Chaos (if that is your name), my comrade, you seem to have some very wrong but very common ideas regarding communism.
Communism is not the same as socialism. Communism is a classless, moneyless, stateless society, and it is the end goal of socialism. In socialism, it is not that everyone is "equal" in the way that you're thinking it. No, a doctor will not be paid the same as a street cleaner, though that does not mean one should be respected less than the other. The motivation to work is an ever-present factor within humans, as we do not like being bored. In socialism you will have all your basic needs taken care of, such as food and housing. This means that you as a worker get to completely focus on your work and, logically, it follows that you would be even more productive than in capitalism. Because you do not have to worry about starving, you can focus on your work more.
Now, to address the problem with capitalism. In capitalism, it is necessary for a group of people to be oppressed. In fact, my father is an economist, and it is a rule in economics that for one man to have it better, another man must have it worse. Big powers like the USA are only so powerful because they take away resources from less powerful countries, which stunts those less powerful countries in that """"primitive"""" state. That is, they are not allowed to use their resources to develop, and instead those resources are going to big colonial powers. For there to be a top, there must as well always be a bottom. This is exactly how capitalism is intended to work.
There is also the issue surplus value. Surplus value is the difference between the cost of making something, and the cost that something is sold at. That thing is sold for more than it cost to make it, and you, as the worker that made it, do not get that full price. Instead, the profit goes into the pocket of the man that simply owns the factory/office/whatever, and does not contribute by working. Understand? They are stealing from us every single day.
This is a little bit messy and perhaps poorly worded, but if you are interested in hearing more, please feel free to ask questions. I'm glad to see that you are open to hearing the other side, as people usually think communism is a scary word and don't want to listen to us.
