a few years ago i was sitting in my room, my parents were in the living room but our house was pretty much completely quiet. out of nowhere i hear the loudest scream ever. i freaked out and ran into the living room because i thought it was my mom screaming but when i got there my parents were just talking quietly. i ask them about it and they said that neither of them made any loud noise or heard anything. we check and no tvs were on and there was nothing that could of made a sound like that. i knew it came from inside the house but my parents didn't hear anything and i've never been able to explain what happened that day.

When I was little I suffered from night terrors and often slept with my parents. One week I was trying to learn to sleep alone (I was about 8 years old) and I had woken up in the middle of the night, I was afraid to even move so I was looking directly at my turned off TV and through the reflection of the TV I saw a shadow peeking out of my door, I immediately turned around and there was nothing, I had never run so fast to my parents' room. Maybe it was an hallucination due to fear but I still count it as something paranormal.
