it's a pretty short story. this happened when my mom was about 16, she was living in a boarding school with a roommate. they were both in bed, and a light like shone through the wall. it was a solid wall but somehow a light shined through it. i don't even know if it's a paranormal experience but my mom told me this story a while ago and it's kinda weird. and she's lost many people very close to her so i don't know if that's related.

Normally I would say "check the mundane stuff first" but in this case, as long as it wasn't a random weird angled window glare or a retina problem, I wouldn't say the wall shining from itself was anything but paranormal of some sort.
If your mom remembers specific emotions or other perception details, I'd like to hear about it. Maybe I'll be able to help solve the mystery.
(also is that Kurt Cobain? Legend. \m/)

one detail i guess i forgot to add is that they both remember this, so it wouldn't be a retina problem or some sort of like hallucination.
