Kinda curious about what mutual aid groups look like in y'all's area! I'm currently based in Central Virginia and what's going on here is huuuuuge... like six or seven pretty wide reaching orgs successfully distributing food and goods consistently to the population here. Completely self-funded by the community. It's nice to know that there's a safety net that exists here, especially with all the fuckshit happening in our government!

im in western pa, theres a few good groups in pittsburgh but i will say the trans community has really come together since the election. knowing somebody who knows somebody can be really important rn. currently working to make sure local trans ppl know where to get hrt and finding the supplies to distribute hrt to those who cannot access it!
