Witches assemble! (Or people just interested in that type of stuff and shifters etc)

Hello

I am a witch, a shifter, and I practice telekinesis. I also love to study astrology and whatnot.

If you like that type of stuff, please put tips on it or helpful things for beginners to know, or just say here or sonething! 

I'm gonna start with a tip for shifting; if you can't sit still properly you probably have your mind too stuck on sitting still. Focus on something else, like maybe listen to subtle music or focus on your breathing. You will almost forget to move! Also, stay motivated! It will happen at some point!
