I started having dreams about being multiple people in one body a few months ago. they other people in my head would leave hints and stuff as to their existence on my computer like making a doc i never made or like a new pony on pony.town?? the thing is recently its been like happening in real life and idfk what 2 do :''3

Hi dear! The multiple ppl living in you thing is related to fear of change and duality of emotions like happiness and sadness all at once. But it seems it goes deeper than that, if things have been affecting your real life, you might sleep walk without knowing! Try recording yourself while you sleep for a week and see the results!

this almost sounds like DID, though there could be other reasons for this. I would get assessed anyway, or at the very least look it up and see if it fits. It's usually harmless but normally comes from a trauma point that split the "you" into alters that have specific jobs, usually. I can't speak on it much as I don't have it. I also want to point out that it's nothing to be ashamed about either.
