lowest video quality you can put up with?

my threshold is 360p. that's what i grew up watching on youtube was 360p as the normal. now i usually go for 720p, i can't tell the difference between that and 1080. 360 is the lowest i can watch without difficulty. this applies to movies, streaming, and mostly youtube. the only current show i really watch is The Boys and Prime has weird quality settings.

Back then I used to be able to stomach 144p videos. It was a hard time for me internet wise we still lived far from the city, so the internet provider and the area was really bad. I could only watch videos in 144p-360(?)p.

I think now the quality I can bare now is 360p anything bellow is dificult for my eyes to percieve

Depends on what I'm watching, and on what. Like my 360 can for some reason only handle 360p videos so I'll put some memes on there. Otherwise if I'm watching a show on a larger screen than my monitor 720p at minimum
