about shadow people

hello guys . so , one day one of my friends come to me and tell me a story , story that how he meet a huge shadow like person with red eyes and without any finger in reality and his dream and how he try to do something with him , that was interesting so i decide to do some research about this and i find many people who saw them and have encounter with them and have many theories about them , that they are ghosts , angels of death , higher begins and even gods .

discover this creatures can change many things , maybe we can find another universe beyond of this reality , know mystery of world and even create a new religion .

i like to read books about super natural and spirituality and study mythology in my free time , and i want to write something about this (maybe a book ) and i ask you guys , i dont care what religion you have or you are even atheist or anything i just ask you guys if you have information about this or you guys saw this people before or you having a theory about them plz tell me help to underestand this guys . thank you.(also sorry if i have some grammarly problems , my english its not as good as yours )
