how can someone be a libertarian and a communist? 

I do consider myself libertarian, but I still think there are sectors that can't operate within a commercial framework. like energy or water. healthcare is more debatable, depending on the quality that public healthcare offers. other than that, taxes should be lowered or abolished, civil rights (including gun rights) maximized and the state should be decentralized, secular and democratic. the army should remain away from politics. everyone should be given the right and means to make a business and grow within a free market.
