so in 2014 the islamic state managed to capture the iraqi city of mosul and following their victory in iraq the usa and with many other nations formed a coalition to defeat it and after a long fight they managed to defeat isis in 2019
my question is are their any chance that they will try to regain their power and try to spread thir ideas lke they did in 2014-2019 ?
