Arcane is so fucking perfect

The writing, the animation, the score, EVERYTHING is incredible.

It's absolutely shocking that a show based on League of Legends is this fuckin' good.

There is no reason for the writing to be flawless. Granted, there are a few things I dislike in terms of writing, but all of those moments have mountains of logic and thought behind them. The fact that my biggest criticism is also the best praise you can possibly give a show is astounding. That criticism being: I wish we got more of Ekko, but it's because I really like the character and not because I dislike another character who was given more time, because I love every character in the show.

Those characters carry so much emotion in every beautifully drawn frame. It almost feels more real than real-life, even though the entire show looks like a moving oil painting. The small touches they put into every single shot exude quality. Disney and Pixar WISH they could make something that looks as good as Arcane.

The acting is PREMIUM. I can feel Powder's mental breakdown in my soul. At every moment, the actors seem like they're giving everything they have into the series. I've only found one or two lines that I feel like have a semi-weak delivery, but nobody else has pointed these lines out, so I figure I'm crazy or something.

I need to reiterate that this show is based on LEAGUE OF LEGENDS, a game that even fans warn you to stay away from.

I will NEVER play LoL,

but the show is pretty and pretty damn good.

I know some people dislike the show. They find it boring or generic, but I am absolutely certain these people only dislike the show due to popularity. They desire so badly to be an outcast that they spoil incredible things for themselves.

If I were to score the show out of 10, I would not be able to. That is because a scale of 1-10 isn't able to contain the amount of perfection within the show. There are a lot of 10/10 shows out there, but Arcane simply exceeds the scale. If we were to force this show into a 1-10 scale, the lower numbers would become so crowded that decimal values would be required to gauge the quality of something. I can't compare Arcane to any other series, but I will compare every other series to Arcane. This is what perfection looks like, and, God, do I hope we can get used to it.
