hey. lately i’ve been having these dreams, well if you couldn’t tell but the title lol, but there’s just something off about them. no matter what it is there’s this just weird figure in the corner of my vision every dream, no matter what the dream is. i can barely make it out each time and it’s only there for a second. lately, i also think i’ve been seeing stuff in my real life too? it’s the same feeling from when i see the thing from my dreams and honestly, i just don’t know what to do. any advice?

Maybe there's something that's causing stress or trouble in your life but you haven't exactly realized what it is, maybe it is something very subtle or something that doesn't affects you directly or in a big measure, but still disturbs you. Perhaps a childhood trauma or something related that was subtlly "triggered" recently.
Pd: This is just an interpretation and my personal opinion tho, you should probably ask a professional about it
