Question for Filmmakers

I'm kinda New to this (Although i've been doing this for a year-) but i do would like some help.

I tried to revise a Friend's Dialogue but the problem is... Idk how to Revise!

i've never revised before but i was wondering if there were any experienced filmmakers who has revised stories before who could give tips or advice. thx!!
