Hello :), cinnamon and Laurer are important for witchcraft, maybe avoid some things that can take away your energy

Basics: energy and intent. Moving energy is the basis for magick, if you want to move energy, you lowkey have to start imagining it really hard. however it seems like it'll work for you. You'll start sensing energy after practice.
Intent is what your goal is. If you want to bring love for example you can't just pick up a rose quartz and expect it to work. You have to do some of the work. You have to go "I see the partner I want. they have a deep voice, they're kind to animals" or whatever. You concentrate on what you want. You put your concentrated willpower into your spell. Nothing else truly is needed, but other things can help the focus.
