Watamote is absolutely one of the funniest and relatable animes I have ever watched. Kuroki Tomoko is FUCKING HILARIOUS HOW DID THEY WRITE A SOCIALLY RECLUSED TEENAGE GIRL SO PERFECTLY?? Relating to her is NOT something I am proud of but it adds some comic relief to real life situations. I can try to improve my skills and habits so I do not carry these awkward mannerisms into adulthood. I recommend watching it because the intro and outro songs are bangers and the animation makes it all so much greater. I will def read the manga when I'm done watching it. One thing I hate about it is how typically it objectifies teenage girls, but maybe it was done on purpose? Because why the fuck are the panels angled so low, and such absurd topics discussed? Japan lovesss MINORS and thats why this shit gets four stars.

i genuinely love this anime and the manga is so worth reading. i don't wanna say too much but i really liked seeing her develop throughout her other high school years. there's one scene from it that seriously stuck with me and made me think like "holy shit yeah i can't just let myself not make friends." it's been like maybe two or three years since i was last caught up so i need to reread it one of these days lol. it's still ongoing and new chapters came out since. the fanservice is still uncomfortable but at least you can scroll away from it quickly lol.

I loved the anime so much i started reading the manga, I was delighted to see it was ongoing. Im already on Ch.50 and I think Ill be halfway done the entire series by friday at least ITS SO GOOD. Its crazy how the anime completely switches everything around, I like both.
