hii i need help finding an anime

its about these children (maybe like 4-5 kids) they were all girls in elementary school or maybe middle school then they turn into teenagers when they get powers (not so sure about this part but it mostly likely was powers). in one of the episodes they meet this really popular singer thats performing outside. my memory of this might be really bad so what im describing might not be exactly what it is but ive been looking for years & i still cant find anything all i know is its not cardcaptor sakura or tokyo mew mew or any precure anime. the anime did look a bit newer but im not 100% sure
