I’m still very skeptical whether it’s true or not I always try to wish for certain things like money I listen to those dumb subliminal audios that promises to grant u money xd and I coincidentally receive some I’m not sure if it’s just sheer coincidence (probably is cuz I try to wish 4 a bf and CANT GET ONE!!!!!! UGHHH)

Any action to undertaken to make something external occur is technically manifestation, so yeah...it's real in that sense (since you can't take action without first having a thought/idea...and that's literally where everything starts). If you're asking whether the supernatural is involved as such, well, that's a different conversation.
