Shifting

Anyone here know about shifting or had a successful shifting experience (shifting reality)? I saw a video about and was curious if that really can be achievable or not

I don't believe it's a problem. It's not even a problem with my body, but with my mind.

If I had my mind in control, my mind could have done the work of doing this for me, without any help, but my body was still in control of it, and my mind was in the same place as the computer was in controlling the machine (the computer is in control, not my mind) so I was able to do this work without assistance, even though it was not my body in the computer control room. I'm not saying that the computer is in a control room or not. I'm saying it's the machine in the control rooms, and I believe that my mind is in the computer control room, but it is not.

The point is that the machine in the computer is not in the control rooms and I believe it is the computer in the room, because it is in the computer control rooms, and I believe it is the computer in the room. I believe the computer in the room is in the computer, because my brain is in that control room, and the machine is there. The computer control room is the computer room, but my mind is in the room, and the computer is there, and my brain has been doing this.

If you want me to be the one who says "you're a computer, and it is not your body" and you want to tell me I can't change it, then you're not going to get the same thing, because you are going to be doing it for me.

I think the problem with shifting is the fact you're in the room with the computer and your mind is in the control room, but your body isn't. The computer in the room is not the room, and your mind is in that room, but my body isn't. I don't want my mind in that control, but it is my body.

The point is this, if you're not in the computer room or your body is in control of your body, it's not the machine, it is my brain, and it is in the room, and I am in the room with the computer.

We all know about the theory of the multiverse, omniverse, metaverse etc. The amount of energy that would be required to place yourself into a different reality (that being, the multiverse theory were fact) would be immense. I'm not sure we even have enough energy on earth for just one person to pass through what we could imagine as a kind of "veil" between realities.

There's also the idea that there is a finite amount of energy in this universe, and energy is neither created or destroyed, but transformed. You'd be entering a parallel universe that would most likely have the same, or at least mostly the same physical rules and limitations as our own. So, who knows what could happen to your body and mind should you succeed in this. And if the energy in your own body were to be a nearly identical match to your now twin's in this world, I'd imagine a number of  things happening;

You and your twin are so identical that you're both trying to do the same thing at the same time, so you both pass through at the exact same time, exchanging your place in your respective universes and experience next to no change what-so-ever.

You and your twin make an attempt to pass through, but instead of you both succeeding, one of you fails. The succeeding twin takes their new place in their new reality that's most likely, mostly identical to their own, while the failing twin's energy is dispersed into your previous universe.

Same scenario as above, but your body is destroyed as you pass through but your mind somehow replaces your twins'.

Another could be that the energy required for the passing is so great that it results in destroying both universes, or maybe just your own? Who knows what could happen to new energy entering a universe in which no new energy can be created? I'd imagine it would cause unfettered chaos and destruction tbh.

Honestly, there's so little we know about these possibilities that there's no way to even make an educated guess and expect for the correct answer to be anywhere near the truth.
