pepper jack is so SO good, the spiciness of the peppers and the creaminess of the cheese works so well. also provolone makes a really good grilled cheese

Anything strong and/or mature and/or blue and/or pungent. I'm also learning how to make cheese, and so far my favourite is (goat) queso fresco). I really want to try making a blue cheese, or something with a rind.

mozzarella, provolone, and any spicy pepper cheese. mango habanero gets bonus points though, even though that probably sounds really weird if you've never had it lol

I'm gonna say Muenster or Gouda. Both are exceptionally tasty with Turkey deli meat. I was working at Sprouts and would spoil myself with my sandwiches. Turkey + Bacon + Gouda + Avocado.

I'd say my favourite is camembert, which we mainly have at Christmas at the family party. After the dinner we'd put the camembert in the middle of the table and we would help ourselves, breaking off pieces of baguette to dip into the cheese. Best part of Christmas honestly

Mozzarella for me, cuz of it's lack in saltiness and lack of that rennet taste.

mozzeralla for pizza, parmesan to sprinkle on italian food, cheddar for american / mexican dishes
PS grating the cheese yourself tastes a lot better than using the shredded stuff from the bags :)
