Definitely Pepper jack!  But I also really love Brie! I love all cheese.  Except I’m not a huge fan of cottage cheese ha ! :)

I love a lot of cheese, but the one that just makes it to the top is Havarti.

Seems like I'm not the only one in thinking Pepper Jack is King.

However, Yancey's Fancy^tm Smoked Bacon Gouda that is. to. die. for.

Havarti's prolly my fave that's available and affordable. I did once have some 30 year old cheddar, so wonderful but so $$$!

im a big gouda fan, very versatile cheese, very nice neutral taste

I myself, love green onion cheese, I live relatively close to an Amish town so I can buy some (maybe) fresh cheese.

Colby Jack is my most favorite EVER!!! But I also love cheddar, provolone, feta, brie, cottage cheese, swiss, parmesan, and mozzarella

Andean cheese, it is simply delicious

it melts and is very salty
