How 2 speak 2 ghosts?

the media perpetuates wild bs about spirit communication and demons, so i totally understand the confusion, but you can't directly speak to ghosts or demons without proper protections or developed skills. spirits are no joke and they can be incredibly hard to get rid of, especially if you aren't a professional. and the skills to even try can take years to learn. also demons don't want your soul lol.
